It’s talent and drive not gender that matters in engineering. That’s our philosophy at the University of Sheffield AMRC Training Centre and that’s why we’re working hard to break down barriers and stereotypes to change the perception of engineering for women.
The gender disparity in engineering is one of the biggest challenges that the industry faces and we are determined to eliminate this gender gap by inspiring women everywhere to get into engineering.
