AMRC Training Centre Apprentices Visit Close Brothers Head Office

In September 2015 Close Brothers finance bank funded wages for 20 SMEs to recruit their first apprentice with the AMRC Training Centre. Full story here.

Nearly one year on, the apprentices were invited to the Close Brothers Head Office in London.

The purpose of the visit is to understand a little more about Close Brothers, why they did the SME Apprenticeship Scheme and the way they support the manufacturing sector in the UK.

In November 2015, their own Close Brothers trainees visited the AMRC Training Centre and shadowed apprentices in the workshops - so this recent visit also returned the compliment.

There was a good mix of presentations, discussion and team building.
